Market America is terrible. My family member joined and they are a completely different person.

Not funny anymore, doesn't laugh, losing his/her hair, constantly thinking about the business he/she is not making money on, it is sad to see. What is even sadder to see is that Market America doesn't even create these products. They are just the middle man. Not to mention they force you to keep a minimum monthly balance of which most of their "unfranchised" owners don't keep and thus are dishing out at least $700/month out of their pocket to show their team they are selling.

It is really BS. And when you hear the people in "MA" talk they never give specifics. Constantly some ring-a-ring about being an entrepreneur or "unfranchised" owner -- which by the way the word "unfranchised" makes 0 sense and there is a reason you've never heard of it outside of Market America. If you want to refer people and make actually money, go sell Lamborghini's ...

you'll make more money and actually have you soul in tact. And for a company that sells cosmetics and healthy products their CEO JR doesn't look so healthy himself.

Not to mention the whole fat burning theory with their mochatonix line shows how out of touch and "scam like" this company is. I feel bad for most of the kids out of college or in that get sucked into companies like these and waste years, thousands of their own dollars and relationships destroyed.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Market America Cons: Business model, How they take advantage of vulnerable kids.

This is funny actually. Good for them if they became different. At least they had the common sense to get out of mediocrity and find an opportunity to actually leverage their time to get an exponential PASSIVE income in a couple of years.

In the Long run, they will outrun the common sheep who believes education and years to a decade of school is the only solution in life and to work for someone who is making their wealth on your back.

you don't have go keep the monthly purchases if you don't want to. The point is to switch out your shopping with their products.

They are a product brokerage company. Use switch products like Dawn, Tide, Dove, Suave, Mac, anything you are already buying - you switch them out with Market America products. Then you get paid a commission on products you were already buying but now are buying from "yourself" it's simple. But you can't cash the check until 2 more people under you do the same.

It's simple.

You build your own economy instead of working for "the man" not everyone is willing to help build a new and better world. That's the MA business plan.

I'll buy my Dawn at Walmart instead of buying it at MA for 2-3xmore. Buy Walmart stock if you don't like working for the man.

You are working for the man, his name is JR and he has dark sunglasses so you can't see his eyes.

This sounds so much like Amway. Is this just another version of it??

I concur. I have seen marriages dissolve over the cult like indoctrination MA uses.

Seriously, why would anyone pay to use a portal to buy products when Amazon is there? MA takes advantage of weak minded and poorly educated individuals, it is a shame and a disgrace.

As far as I know their portal (shop.com) is free. Though you might be referring to something different.

Amazon has free shipping on their website, stands behind the products they ship out and refunds your money if the product is defective or stolen. Shop.com gives you a few pennies cash back to go from their website to where you really want to shop.

If you want cash back get a credit card that gives you cash back or use ebates. Leave shop.cult to those who really love the cool aid.

Oh my! I totally agree.

Amazon just offered me a 5 dollar gift card if i added $100 to my balance.

that's 5%. I have bought on Shop.com and got nothing back so far.
